Services provided include: Serves as the gateway (single entry point) for Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) services; Triages, Screens, and sets first appointments for eligible callers requesting MCCMH services; Sets up Crisis Stabilization and response for adults and children; Authorizes Inpatient Admissions; and provides Coordination of Care. Provides Assessments and Referrals for Substance Abusers w/out insurance or other means to pay; Authorizes all Medicaid substance abuse services.

Provides services to adults and children with severe and persistent mental illness, severe emotional disturbances, developmental disability, co-occurring disorders or seeking substance abuse inpatient and/or outpatient treatment services. Varies by service.

Services provided include Individual, Group, Critical Stress Incident, and Family Therapy. Works with several Psychiatrists who provide medication management. Referrals and/or appointments can be scheduled within 7-10 days from intake appointment. Areas of treatment include: Addiction, Anxiety, ADHD/ADD, Grief and Loss, Mood Disorders, Personality Disorders, PTSD, Depression, Oppositional Defiant, Conduct Disorder, Psychotic Disorder, and Domestic Violence issues. Anger Management and Conflict Resolution issues are also treated. Work with military families and provides family advocacy for military families. For substance abuse help does provide Suboxone and Subutex.

Provides services to clients ranging in ages 4 and up-- those with mental health, substance abuse, and situational issues. Individual counseling fees vary. Accepts insurances including: Value Options, Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Omni, Great Lakes Health Plan of MI, Medicare (with 0 copay only), Molina, Community Choice, McLaren, Cofinity, PPO, PPOM, and MEDICAID.
