All-Ways Care Services is an agency that provides care for a variety of individuals. Maintains contracts through Macomb, Oakland & St. Clair County Community Mental Health Departments. Our clients range in age from young children into late adulthood and the level of disability ranges from the severely disabled to the very high functioning. The disabilities these individuals live with include, but are not limited to, Autism, Down's Syndrome, Pervasive Development Disorder, Bi-Polar Disease and many more.

To satisfy the needs of people in this society that require assistance in their everyday lives and allowing them to achieve self-independence. Also realizing the importance of assisting these individuals to retain their sense of worth and dignity within the community.

Services provided include: Transportation for appointments, errands & social activities; Shopping & Deliveries; Minor Home Repairs; Indoor & Outdoor Chores; Housekeeping; Meals; Respite Care; Friendly visits; Hair Care for the homebound; and Phone Support. All services provided by volunteers.

Provides services to anyone 18 or older who are unable to do the service they are requesting themselves because of a disability or general frailty and who are unable to get this kind of help through other means, such as paid help, other service programs, or help from family members. Services are based on a sliding scale and some have no fee. Donations are welcomed.

Services provided include: Counseling, Information & Referrals, Phone Reassurance, Friendly Visitor, Outreach to Assess Needs, Senior Crime Victim Liaison, and Resource Advocacy (including help with Medicare Part-D). Maintains a Loan Closet that offers crutches, canes, etc. Assistance with installing safety devices such as grab bars. Adult Day Services, Meals on Wheels, Dining Senior Style. Chore services offered at a lower price for snow removal, grass cutting (no edging/gutters), and small odd jobs (replacing screens, light bulbs, etc).

provide complimentary lawn and landscape services, and snow and ice removal services for the families of currently deployed military personnel, and post 9/11 disabled veterans with a service-connected disability. Mowing, weed eating, aeration, tree pruning, lawn fertilization, pest control, bed edging, weeding, spring clean-up and snow removal — although not every volunteer will offer every service. Lawn, landscape and snow removal services are provided free of charge by our program volunteers.

Elder care agency which is a non-medical, private duty, in-home care agency specializing in Alzheimer’s and dementia. Caregivers can also provide care for all ages after surgery and are experienced with auto accident and worker injury, Parkinson’s care, MS and stroke care. Provides Recreational Activities that include: cards, bowling, golf, swimming, basketball, volleyball, softball, badminton, pickle ball, table tennis, dancing, and fitness. Also offers day and extended trips, special events, and Tai Chi classes. Information and referral are provided. Free Home Chore Services that include minor home maintenance assistance (i.e. snow shoveling and lawn mowing) are offered to low-income seniors and handicapped persons in Sterling Heights only. Bus transportation is offered to Sterling Heights residents only who are 55 and older. Call for details.

Provides services to anyone 50 and older. There is a $0.25 drop in Fee ($0.50 for non-residents of Sterling Heights.) Fee varies for trips and special events.
