Services provided include: Serves as the gateway (single entry point) for Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) services; Triages, Screens, and sets first appointments for eligible callers requesting MCCMH services; Sets up Crisis Stabilization and response for adults and children; Authorizes Inpatient Admissions; and provides Coordination of Care. Provides Assessments and Referrals for Substance Abusers w/out insurance or other means to pay; Authorizes all Medicaid substance abuse services.

Provides services to adults and children with severe and persistent mental illness, severe emotional disturbances, developmental disability, co-occurring disorders or seeking substance abuse inpatient and/or outpatient treatment services. Varies by service.

Residential Treatment for men who have a primary diagnosis of mental illness and a secondary diagnosis of substance abuse (DUAL DIAGNOSIS.) Offers Individual and Group Therapy. A.A. meetings offered on Mondays through Fridays. Light of Recovery Group, an in house substance abuse support group, is also offered.

Provides services to 18 y/o and older men with a mental illness and alcohol issues. Fees paid by DHS or SSI. Medicaid and Medicare are accepted.

Services provided include: Standard Hospital Care; Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation (inpatient and outpatient); Inpatient and acute psychiatric and outpatient psychiatric units; Nursing Home facilities; and Mental Health clinic services. Will assist in transportation from home to hospital for eligible veterans.

Provides services to honorably discharged veterans. Fees consist of co-payments for veterans under federal guidelines.

Provides Emergency Shelter for men, women and children(First come first served basis)up to 90 consecutive days.**Women's shelter not open until August, 2017. Need photo ID. Emergency Shelter Program provides: shelter, meals, clothing, personal hygiene, mailing address, access to phones/computers and case management. A 1 yr. Faith based Substance Abuse Rehab program for homeless men, women and families. Sub Abuse Rehab program provides: Shelter, Food, Clothing, Life Skills, GED Preparation, Bible study, Counseling, Vocational Counseling, and On Site Child Care Services.

Provides services to men, women, and children who are in need of emergency shelter. Provides 1 yr. faith based Substance Abuse Rehab for men, women and families. No Fee. Donations are accepted.

Harbor Light Services provided include: Emergency Care; Detox; Residential Treatment for alcoholism and drug addiction; Individual, Family, and Group Therapy for those clients during their stay in residential program; Family Therapy; and Aftercare Group. Maximum stay is 90 days for Residential Treatment. The Transitional Living Center is a program for homeless veterans, referrals from MDOC, VA, and Community Corrections. Services include: Job counseling, Medical Services, Transportation, GED, Training through Michigan Works, and Substance Abuse Counseling. Must be over 18 y/o. This facility does not house children.

Provides services to anyone age 18 and older with a drug/alcohol problem. No insurance or Medicaid accepted. PRIVATE INSURANCE IS NOT ACCEPTED.
